  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are present.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location or Itel service point.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
